Character Developments
OK Ladies -- I am in the final chapters of the book, and I am DIEING to know what has happened! I have had dreams about diamonds, and just craziness! It's almost like i have to force myself to think and read other things...b/c I'm a little obsessed. It may be slightly slow in areas, but I have loved the book. I can't wait to hear what you guys think about it.
I think I really like how he develops characters. You are allowed to form your own opinion of each character based on how you feel about the narrative person speaking, and their character. Does this make sense? It's what we do in everyday life! If Amy tells me a girl is AWESOME from camp, I take her opinion very highly in that area, and I too am under the impression this girl should be great for camp! ...ect, ect. Anyways, I pray you girls are doing well and are encouraged! Love ya!

Sarah. I love this book! I found myself talking to someone about it as if it were real life. I am at the end of Miss Clark's narrative. I understand completely what you mean about the person speaking. I really have enjoyed Wilkie Collins writing style. What about you guys?
Mindy -- isn't Miss Clack a riot! She makes me laugh, and realize how we as Christians if we are not careful, can come off the same way...but she tries SO hard to look like she's NOT judgemental, selfish, ect...I'm so glad you love it too!!
